【摘要】：建立毛細(xì)管氣相色譜法,分別采用溶液直接進(jìn)樣與頂空進(jìn)樣法測(cè)定睪酮衍生物AD中溴代環(huán)戊烷的殘留量。溶液直接進(jìn)樣法:色譜柱為DB-WAX石英毛細(xì)管柱,采用程序升溫,初始溫度50℃,保持5 min;然后以30(℃·min-1)升溫至200℃,保持7 min。頂空進(jìn)樣法:頂空瓶加熱溫度90℃,平衡時(shí)間30 min。測(cè)得溴代環(huán)戊烷分別在4.17~83.4(μg·m L-1)和0.139~2.78(μg·m L-1)范圍內(nèi)呈良好線性關(guān)系�；厥章史謩e為100.65%、99.82%。這兩種方法均可檢測(cè)睪酮衍生物AD中溴代環(huán)戊烷的殘留量,而頂空進(jìn)樣法靈敏度更高,對(duì)色譜柱污染較小。
