【摘要】：以上市藥物為物質基礎發(fā)現(xiàn)和確認藥物新適應證的新藥研發(fā)可節(jié)省大量時間、人力和物力成本,且成功率較原研藥高。本文總結了藥物重定位的研究內容和一般研究流程,并通過實例介紹了"老藥新用"的3種研發(fā)策略。
[Abstract]:The discovery and confirmation of new indications of new drugs based on listed drugs can save a lot of time, manpower and material cost, and the success rate is higher than that of the original drugs. This paper summarizes the research content and general research flow of drug repositioning, and introduces three kinds of R & D strategies for "new use of old medicine" through examples.
