【摘要】：目的:為提高門診審方藥師的藥學(xué)服務(wù)質(zhì)量提供參考。方法:結(jié)合“新醫(yī)改”對藥師審方的具體要求,分析我院審方藥師藥學(xué)服務(wù)中存在的問題、機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn);并針對存在的問題提出相關(guān)建議。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:與“新醫(yī)改”對審方藥師的要求比較,我院審方藥師面臨自身專業(yè)水平受限、信息化軟件不完善、患者對審方藥師信任度低、超說明書用藥普遍存在而行政干預(yù)措施不給力等問題。建議通過加強(qiáng)審方藥師的崗位培訓(xùn)、完善信息化軟件、重視醫(yī)藥患互動(dòng)、加強(qiáng)醫(yī)院政策扶持等來滿足“新醫(yī)改”的要求,體現(xiàn)藥師的專業(yè)價(jià)值,促進(jìn)合理用藥。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide reference for improving the quality of pharmacist's pharmacist in outpatient clinic. Methods: the problems, opportunities and challenges of pharmacists' pharmaceutical care in our hospital were analyzed according to the specific requirements of "New Medical Reform" for pharmacists' prescriptions, and the relevant suggestions were put forward in the light of the existing problems. Results & conclusion: compared with the requirements of the new medical reform, the reviewers in our hospital are faced with the limitation of their own professional level, the imperfection of the information software, and the low degree of patients' trust in the examiners. There are many problems such as overstatement of drug use and administrative intervention measures. It is suggested to meet the requirements of "new medical reform" by strengthening the post training of prescription pharmacists, perfecting the information software, attaching importance to the interaction between medicine and patients, and strengthening the policy support of hospitals, so as to reflect the professional value of pharmacists and promote rational use of drugs.
