【摘要】:目的探討ABCB1 C3435T基因多態(tài)性與中國(guó)人群中他汀類藥物療效的關(guān)系。方法計(jì)算機(jī)檢索PubMed、Web of Science、Cochran Library、CNKI、Wan Fang Data、VIP。檢索時(shí)間均從建庫至2016年8月10日。采用非隨機(jī)試驗(yàn)性研究的質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)表進(jìn)行質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)。統(tǒng)計(jì)分析通過Rev Man 5.3軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)。結(jié)果共納入4個(gè)研究,630名研究對(duì)象。顯性遺傳模型TC+CC vs.TT、隱性遺傳模型CC vs.TT+TC、加性遺傳模型CC vs.TT中ABCB1 C3435T基因多態(tài)性與中國(guó)人群中他汀對(duì)HDL-C、LDL-C、TC、TG影響的相關(guān)性均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論基于本研究結(jié)果,尚不能認(rèn)為ABCB1 C3435T基因多態(tài)性與中國(guó)人群中他汀療效有關(guān)聯(lián)。期待今后針對(duì)中國(guó)人群開展更大樣本、多中心、治療隨訪時(shí)間較長(zhǎng)、高質(zhì)量的研究。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between the polymorphism of ABCB1 C 3435 T gene and the efficacy of statins in Chinese population. Methods A computer-based search was conducted for the Fang Fang of Fang in PubMedus. The retrieval time was from the construction of the database to August 10, 2016. The quality evaluation table of non-random experimental study was used to evaluate the quality. The statistical analysis is realized by Rev Man 5.3 software. Results A total of 630 subjects were included in 4 studies. There was no significant correlation between the polymorphism of ABCB1 C3435T gene in CC vs.TT and the effect of statins on the TG of HDL-Cn LDL-CfT in Chinese population, including the dominant genetic model TC CC vs.TTT, the recessive genetic model CC vs.TT TC, and the additive genetic model CC vs.TT. Conclusion based on the results of this study, we can not conclude that the polymorphism of ABCB1 C3435T gene is associated with the efficacy of statins in Chinese population. In the future, we hope to carry out a larger sample, multi-center, longer treatment follow-up and high quality research for Chinese population.
