基于關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則的靜脈注射藥物相互作用分析及應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:安全用藥直接關(guān)系到醫(yī)療效果和患者的生命安全,保障患者用藥安全一直是醫(yī)院藥學(xué)服務(wù)質(zhì)量管理工作的重中之重。由于不懂藥物“相克”原理導(dǎo)致全球眾多病人死于不合理用藥。僅老年人死亡人數(shù)中就有七分之一死于不合理用藥,而不是自然衰老或疾病。因而,基于藥學(xué)服務(wù)鏈全過程的安全用藥監(jiān)管關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研發(fā)成為當(dāng)務(wù)之急。本文提出使用關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則挖掘?qū)λ幬锵嗷プ饔脭?shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行挖掘,關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則作為數(shù)據(jù)挖掘中的重要組成部分,可以挖掘出藥物相互作用數(shù)據(jù)中潛在的、有價(jià)值的關(guān)聯(lián)信息,有利于臨床治療和用藥安全。最后設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了靜脈注射藥物相互作用分析系統(tǒng)。目前大多數(shù)靜配中心的系統(tǒng)中,藥物數(shù)據(jù)只是簡單地儲存在數(shù)據(jù)庫中,對藥物數(shù)據(jù)的處理還處在簡單的數(shù)據(jù)查詢、修改和刪除等狀態(tài),并沒有真正釋放出信息技術(shù)的潛能。針對這一難題,本課題運(yùn)用對關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則技術(shù)的研究,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了靜脈注射藥物相互作用分析系統(tǒng)。在論文中作者做了以下幾方面的工作:(1)介紹了關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則挖掘的概念和性質(zhì)以及挖掘過程;然后對關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則中的APRIORI算法的思想、算法挖掘過程和優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了介紹,并運(yùn)用例子對算法挖掘過程進(jìn)行了講解;最后對APRIORI算法做出了改進(jìn),通過實(shí)驗(yàn)仿真,結(jié)果顯示效果良好。(2)研究了藥物相互作用的概念和定義、表型形式以及研究意義;然后對2009年版的《藥物相互作用基礎(chǔ)與臨床》和2015年版的《靜脈用藥物調(diào)配技術(shù)》這兩本書中的抗感染類藥物數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了數(shù)據(jù)處理,將處理后的藥物數(shù)據(jù)按避免合用、可以合用和謹(jǐn)慎合用三類,并分別對這三類藥物數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則挖掘,挖掘藥物之間的相互作用關(guān)系,得出關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則,并對挖掘結(jié)果進(jìn)行評價(jià)。(3)對靜脈注射藥物相互作用分析系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)過程進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析,主要從三個(gè)部分對系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)過程進(jìn)行說明。第一部分,系統(tǒng)的需求分析,這里主要是對系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)流程和系統(tǒng)的用例進(jìn)行分析,其中業(yè)務(wù)流程包含業(yè)務(wù)流程分析和角色分析;第二部分,系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)分析,這里主要是對系統(tǒng)功能數(shù)據(jù)的分析、系統(tǒng)實(shí)體類關(guān)系分析以及系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫表;第三部分,系統(tǒng)構(gòu)架,這里主要講解了系統(tǒng)使用了哪些技術(shù),并對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了功能展示。本文設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了靜脈注射藥物相互作用分析系統(tǒng),由于該系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的可行性和操作的實(shí)用性,目前該系統(tǒng)已在云南省某著名三甲醫(yī)院靜配中心實(shí)施應(yīng)用。經(jīng)過一段時(shí)間的實(shí)際使用,效果反應(yīng)良好。最后,基于整體工作的總結(jié),對該系統(tǒng)的后續(xù)設(shè)計(jì)工作,以及針對藥物相互作用分析工作做出了展望。
[Abstract]:Safe use of drugs is directly related to the effect of medical treatment and the safety of patients' lives. It has always been the most important task in the quality management of hospital pharmaceutical care to ensure the safety of drug use of patients. Many patients worldwide died of irrational use of drugs because they did not understand the principle of drugs. 1/7 of the elderly die from irrational drugs, not natural aging or disease. Therefore, the research and development of the key technology of drug safety supervision based on the whole process of pharmaceutical service chain becomes an urgent matter. In this paper, association rule mining is proposed to mine drug interaction data. As an important part of data mining, association rules can mine potential and valuable association information from drug interaction data. It is beneficial to clinical treatment and safety of drug use. Finally, an intravenous drug interaction analysis system is designed and implemented. At present, in most systems of static distribution center, the drug data is simply stored in the database, and the processing of the drug data is still in the state of simple data query, modification and deletion, which does not really release the potential of information technology. In order to solve this problem, an intravenous drug interaction analysis system is designed and implemented by the research of association rules. In this paper, the author has done the following work: 1) introduced the concept and nature of association rule mining and the mining process, then introduced the idea, algorithm mining process, advantages and disadvantages of APRIORI algorithm in association rules. An example is used to explain the algorithm mining process. Finally, the APRIORI algorithm is improved. The experimental results show that the effect is good. (2) the concept and definition of drug interaction, phenotypic form and research significance are studied. Then the data of anti-infective drugs in the 2009 edition of the basic and Clinical aspects of Drug interaction and the 2015 edition of Drug blending techniques for intravenous use were processed to avoid sharing the processed drug data. Three kinds of drugs can be used together and carefully, and the association rules of these three kinds of drug data are mined, and the interaction relationship between drugs is mined, and the association rules are obtained. The design and implementation process of the intravenous drug interaction analysis system is analyzed in detail, and the design and implementation process of the system is explained from three parts. The first part, the requirement analysis of the system, mainly analyzes the business process of the system and the use case of the system, in which the business process includes the business process analysis and the role analysis; the second part, the data analysis of the system, Here is the analysis of the system function data, the system entity class relation analysis and the system database table; the third part, the system structure, here mainly explained which technology the system used, and has carried on the function display to the system. An intravenous drug interaction analysis system has been designed and implemented in this paper. Due to the feasibility of the system design and the practicability of operation, the system has been applied in the static distribution center of a famous third Class A Hospital in Yunnan Province. After a period of practical use, the effect is good. Finally, based on the summary of the whole work, the future design of the system and the analysis of drug interaction are prospected.
