【摘要】：目的:建立用超高效液相色譜法測定肝病患者血中氟康唑的濃度。方法:采用超高效液相色譜(UPLC)法,Zorbax Eclipse plus-C18柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8μm),保護(hù)柱Zorbax SB-C18柱(2.1 mm×5 mm,1.8μm),以乙腈-水(24∶76)為流動相,在210 nm處測定其含量。結(jié)果:線性范圍為0.1~20μg·ml-1,樣品提取回收率為80.95%(n=5),方法回收率為98.67%~106.37%,日內(nèi)精密度RSD≤4.21%,日間RSD≤2.17%,且穩(wěn)定性良好。結(jié)論:該方法可靠、簡便、快速,可為臨床合理用藥提供參考。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish a high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of fluconazole in the blood of patients with liver disease. Methods: Zorbax Eclipse plus-C18 column (2.1 mm 脳 100mm ~ 1.8 渭 m) and Zorbax SB-C18 column (2. 1 mm 脳 5 mm ~ 1.8 渭 m) were used as mobile phase and acetonitrile-water (24: 76) as mobile phase.
