【摘要】：正帕立骨化醇(paricalcitol,1),化學(xué)名為19-去甲-1a,3b,25-三羥基-9,10-開環(huán)麥角甾-5Z,7E,22E-三烯,是由美國(guó)雅培公司開發(fā)的選擇性第三代活性維生素D_3受體激動(dòng)藥。其注射液(商品名Zempalar)于1998年4月17日在美國(guó)上市,用于治療成人腎透析患者的繼發(fā)性甲狀腺功能亢進(jìn)癥。與非選擇性的骨化三醇相比,本品能有效降低甲狀
[Abstract]:Paricalcitol (paricalcitol, 1), known as 19- Nordic -1a, 3b, 25- three hydroxyl -9,10- open ring ergosteroid -5Z, 7E, 22E- three ene, is a selective third generation active vitamin D_3 receptor agonist developed by the United States Abbott Company. Its injection (commodity name Zempalar) was listed in the United States in April 17, 1998 for the treatment of adult renal dialysis patients. Secondary hyperthyroidism. Compared with non selective ossification of three alcohol, this product can effectively reduce the thyroid shape.
