【摘要】：Pluronic P123(P123)是泊洛沙姆類聚合物中的一種,具有增加水難溶性藥物的溶解度、延長體內(nèi)循環(huán)時間、增加藥物的細胞內(nèi)攝取、抑制腫瘤的遷移、逆轉(zhuǎn)多藥耐藥和增強藥物的療效等作用,在遞送藥物方面具有眾多優(yōu)勢。通過對P123末端羥基的結(jié)構(gòu)修飾,P123能以酯鍵、酰胺鍵和糖苷鍵等化學(xué)鍵與其他物質(zhì)結(jié)合而生成新的材料,用以制備Pluronic P123-藥物結(jié)合物膠束體系、配體介導(dǎo)的主動靶向轉(zhuǎn)運系統(tǒng)及其他藥物遞送系統(tǒng),增加藥物或基因向靶組織的遞送。本文綜述了結(jié)構(gòu)修飾后的P123在藥物遞送方面的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Pluronic P123P123) is one of Poloxamer polymers, which can increase the solubility of water-insoluble drugs, prolong the circulation time in vivo, increase the intracellular uptake of drugs, inhibit tumor migration, reverse multidrug resistance and enhance the efficacy of drugs. There are many advantages in delivering drugs. By modifying the structure of P123 terminal hydroxyl group, P123 can combine ester bond, amide bond and glycoside bond with other materials to form new materials, which can be used to prepare Pluronic P123-drug conjugate micelle system. Ligand-mediated active targeting transport systems and other drug delivery systems increase drug or gene delivery to target tissues. The application of structurally modified P123 in drug delivery is reviewed in this paper.
