【摘要】：目的建立安立生坦片有關(guān)物質(zhì)的檢測(cè)方法。方法采用高效液相梯度洗脫,色譜柱為Agela Venusil MP C18柱(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm),以0.02 mol·L-1磷酸二氫鉀溶液(用磷酸調(diào)節(jié)p H至3.0)-乙腈(62∶38)為流動(dòng)相A、乙腈為流動(dòng)相B;流速為1.0 m L·min-1;檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng)為220 nm;柱溫35℃。結(jié)果在酸、堿、熱、氧化破壞條件下,安立生坦產(chǎn)生不同程度的降解,采用建立的方法可有效檢出降解產(chǎn)物;安立生坦與各雜質(zhì)分離良好,經(jīng)驗(yàn)證該方法的專屬性、線性、耐用性等良好。結(jié)論建立的方法可較好地分離、檢測(cè)出安立生坦片中的各主要雜質(zhì),可用于本品有關(guān)物質(zhì)的檢查。
