【摘要】：目的解決復(fù)方甘草口服溶液處方中復(fù)方樟腦酊的添加工藝,得到澄清、質(zhì)量合格、口感好的制劑。方法利用滑石粉的分散吸附作用,替代56%乙醇,提高樟腦、八角茴香油的溶解性。樟腦、苯甲酸加入到少量95%乙醇中溶解。八角茴香油加入到滑石粉中,充分研勻,再加樟腦乙醇溶液,研勻,加適量水充分攪拌,過濾,即得改良后的復(fù)方樟腦酊。再按藥典制法即得新復(fù)方甘草口服溶液。結(jié)果制劑澄清,口感好,質(zhì)量合格。結(jié)論該方法可行,工藝簡單,穩(wěn)定性較好,且生產(chǎn)成本低。
[Abstract]:Objective to solve the addition process of compound camphor tincture in the prescription of compound liquorice oral solution. Methods the dissolvability of camphor and anise oil was improved by dispersing and adsorbing talcum powder instead of 56% ethanol. Camphor and benzoic acid were dissolved in a small amount of 95% ethanol. The anise oil is added to talc powder, and then the camphor alcohol solution is added, then the camphor alcohol solution is added, and the proper amount of water is added to the mixture, and then filtered, the modified compound camphor tincture is obtained. The new compound liquorice oral solution was obtained by pharmacopoeia. Results the preparation was clear, good taste and qualified quality. Conclusion this method is feasible, simple, stable and low cost.
