【摘要】：目的:建立同時(shí)測(cè)定纈沙坦氫氯噻嗪片中纈沙坦和氫氯噻嗪含量的方法。方法:采用超高效液相色譜法。色譜柱為Phenomenex C_(18),流動(dòng)相為[0.1%磷酸溶液-乙腈(95∶5,V/V)]-[0.1%磷酸溶液-乙腈(5∶95,V/V)](梯度洗脫),流速為0.25 mL/min,檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng)為272 nm,柱溫為35℃,進(jìn)樣量為1.5μL。結(jié)果:纈沙坦和氫氯噻嗪檢測(cè)質(zhì)量濃度線性范圍分別為8.1~324.2μg/mL(r=0.999 9)、1.2~50.1μg/mL(r=0.999 9);定量限分別為0.24、0.04 ng,檢測(cè)限分別為0.06、0.01 ng;精密度、穩(wěn)定性、重復(fù)性試驗(yàn)的RSD2.0%;加樣回收率分別為97.69%~100.35%(RSD=1.03%,n=9)、98.27%~100.60%(RSD=0.83%,n=9)。結(jié)論:該方法操作簡(jiǎn)單、快速,結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確,可用于纈沙坦氫氯噻嗪片中纈沙坦和氫氯噻嗪含量的同時(shí)測(cè)定。
