【摘要】：針對國內(nèi)新藥在多中心臨床試驗中,采用區(qū)組統(tǒng)計病例收集后,出現(xiàn)的中心間樣本不均衡的問題,本文回顧國外或國際指導(dǎo)原則中相應(yīng)的意見或要求,闡述在估計總體治療效應(yīng)時存在的兩種權(quán)重分析方法的區(qū)別及其合理應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of uneven sample between centers in multi-center clinical trials of new drugs in China, the corresponding opinions or requirements of foreign or international guiding principles are reviewed in this paper. The difference and rational application of two weight analysis methods in estimating the total therapeutic effect are described.
