【摘要】：目的:調(diào)查江蘇省沛縣人民醫(yī)院(以下簡(jiǎn)稱"我院")500例外科Ⅰ類切口手術(shù)患者在圍術(shù)期抗菌藥物的預(yù)防性應(yīng)用情況,并作出合理性分析。方法:從我院2014年3 567例病例中隨機(jī)抽取500例Ⅰ類切口手術(shù)患者作為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其在圍術(shù)期應(yīng)用抗菌藥物情況進(jìn)行了回顧性分析。結(jié)果:500例Ⅰ類切口手術(shù)患者中,有360例在圍術(shù)期預(yù)防性應(yīng)用抗菌藥物,預(yù)防應(yīng)用率為72.00%;預(yù)防用抗菌藥物以頭孢西丁鈉為主,共121例(占26.30%);其次為頭孢替安115例(占25.00%);聯(lián)合用藥162例(占45.00%);預(yù)防用藥時(shí)機(jī)不適宜者361例(占78.47%);預(yù)防用藥時(shí)間超過(guò)48 h者427例(占92.82%)。結(jié)論:Ⅰ類切口手術(shù)預(yù)防應(yīng)用抗菌藥物不合理現(xiàn)象依然存在,我院必須加強(qiáng)抗菌藥物臨床應(yīng)用的管理,促進(jìn)抗菌藥物臨床的合理應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the prophylactic use of antimicrobial agents in 500 patients undergoing incision operation in Peixian people's Hospital of Jiangsu Province (hereinafter referred to as "our Hospital") during perioperative period, and to make rational analysis. Methods: 500 cases of class I incision operation were randomly selected from 3 567 cases in our hospital in 2014. The application of antibiotics in perioperative period was analyzed retrospectively. Results among 500 patients with type I incision operation, 360 patients were given prophylactic use of antimicrobial agents during perioperative period, the prophylactic application rate was 72.00, and cefxitin sodium was the main antimicrobial agent. There were 121 cases (26.30%), 115 cases (25.00%) of ceftidine, 162 cases (45.00%) of combined drug use, 361 cases (78.47 7) of inappropriate time for prevention of drug use, 427 cases (92.82%) of prophylactic drug taking longer than 48 h. Conclusion: the irrational use of antimicrobial drugs in class I incision surgery is still existing, and the management of clinical application of antibiotics must be strengthened in our hospital to promote the rational use of antibiotics in clinic.
