【摘要】：目的:為促進醫(yī)院抗菌藥物管理水平提升提供參考。方法:選取安徽省縣級"二甲"綜合性醫(yī)院、市級"三甲"綜合性醫(yī)院、省級三級醫(yī)院(2家"三甲"綜合性醫(yī)院、1家三級�？漆t(yī)院)各3家,分別納入A、B、C組。采用現(xiàn)場調(diào)查方式,以調(diào)查表對3組醫(yī)院抗菌藥物管理情況進行調(diào)查和評分,并進行統(tǒng)計和分析。結(jié)果:A、B、C組抗菌藥物管理總體得分率分別為65.33%、89.34%、86.67%,A組顯著低于B、C組(P0.001)。A、B、C組抗菌藥物管理基本情況指標得分率分別為90.46%、95.25%、95.25%,3組間比較差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。A、B、C組抗菌藥物管理相關(guān)工作開展情況指標得分率分別為58.33%、88.90%、86.10%,A組顯著低于B、C組(P0.001)。A、B、C組抗菌藥物管理信息化建設(shè)情況指標得分率分別為50.00%、83.33%、77.79%,A組顯著低于B、C組(P≤0.001)。3組內(nèi)抗菌藥物管理信息化建設(shè)情況指標得分率均顯著低于管理基本情況指標得分率(P0.05);A、C組組內(nèi)抗菌藥物管理相關(guān)工作開展情況指標得分率均顯著低于管理基本情況指標得分率(P0.05)。結(jié)論:安徽省市級"三甲"綜合性醫(yī)院、省級三級醫(yī)院抗菌藥物管理水平相當,縣級"二甲"綜合性醫(yī)院總體水平相對較低;不同級別醫(yī)院均應(yīng)進一步加強抗菌藥物管理相關(guān)工作和信息化建設(shè),尤以縣級"二甲"綜合性醫(yī)院需要更為迫切。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide reference for promoting the promotion of antimicrobial drug management in hospitals. Methods: the two a comprehensive hospital in the county level in Anhui Province, the municipal three a comprehensive hospital, the three level hospitals at the provincial level (2 "three a" comprehensive hospitals, 1 three grade specialist hospitals) each were included in the A, B, and C groups respectively. The field investigation method was adopted and the questionnaire was used to resist 3 groups of hospitals. Results: the overall score of antibiotics management in group A, B and C was 65.33%, 89.34%, 86.67%, and group A was significantly lower than B, C group (P0.001).A, B, and C group were 90.46%, 95.25%, 95.25%, respectively, and there was no statistical difference between the 3 groups. The scoring rates of P0.05.A, B, and C were 58.33%, 88.90%, 86.10%, and A were significantly lower than B, C group (P0.001).A, B, and C group were 50%, 83.33%, 77.79%, respectively. The A group was significantly lower than that in the group (< < 0.001). The scoring rate of the construction index was significantly lower than that of the basic management index (P0.05); A, in group C, the score rate of the anti antimicrobial drug management related work was significantly lower than that of the basic management index (P0.05). Conclusion: the "three a" comprehensive hospital in Anhui Province and the level of antibiotic management level in the three level hospital of the provincial level At the county level, the overall level of the "two a" comprehensive hospital is relatively low, and the hospitals at different levels should further strengthen the relevant work and information construction on the management of antimicrobial drugs, especially at the county level "two a" comprehensive hospital.
