【摘要】：正奧貝膽酸(obeticholic acid,1),化學(xué)名3?,7?-二羥基-6?-乙基-5?-膽甾烷-24-酸,是美國(guó)Intercept公司開(kāi)發(fā)的一種法尼醇酯X受體(FXR)激動(dòng)藥,具有抗淤膽、抗纖維化的作用。2016年5月獲FDA批準(zhǔn)上市,用于治療原發(fā)性膽汁性肝硬化(PBC),商品名Ocaliva。另有多種在研適應(yīng)證,包括非酒精性脂肪肝(NASH)、原發(fā)性硬化性膽管炎
[Abstract]:Oberticholic acidoic acid, a chemical name of 3H7, dihydroxy-6-, ethyl-5, cholestane-24-acid, is a FXR-based stimulant developed by Intercept Company of the United States. It has the effect of anti-cholestasis and anti-fibrosis. It was approved for sale by FDA in May 2016. It is used in the treatment of primary biliary cirrhosis. There are also a variety of indications under study, including non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAS), primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC).
