【摘要】：目的對(duì)藥品臨床價(jià)值的內(nèi)涵與構(gòu)成進(jìn)行分析,并構(gòu)建藥品臨床價(jià)值評(píng)估的指標(biāo)體系,為藥品臨床價(jià)值的科學(xué)評(píng)估提供參考依據(jù)。方法參考德國、法國藥品臨床價(jià)值評(píng)估的指標(biāo),初步構(gòu)建臨床價(jià)值指標(biāo)體系,運(yùn)用專家訪談與德爾菲問卷調(diào)查等方法,統(tǒng)計(jì)分析確定指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)成與指標(biāo)權(quán)重。結(jié)果構(gòu)建了由臨床價(jià)值和創(chuàng)新價(jià)值2個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)及15個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)組成的藥品臨床價(jià)值分類指標(biāo)體系。邀請(qǐng)專家根據(jù)背景資料對(duì)瑞舒伐他汀、阿托伐他汀和辛伐他汀等他汀類藥品通用名進(jìn)行評(píng)分,匯總專家評(píng)分結(jié)果,確定價(jià)值排序,并與德國、法國、英國、美國、韓國、日本的市場(chǎng)均價(jià)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。結(jié)論藥品臨床價(jià)值是確定藥品合理價(jià)格的國際通行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。本研究依據(jù)藥品臨床價(jià)值分類判斷藥品價(jià)格在同類產(chǎn)品中價(jià)值排序的方法可行。部分他汀類藥品通用名價(jià)格排序不能與其臨床價(jià)值排序相對(duì)應(yīng),價(jià)格沒能反映其價(jià)值。背景資料的完整性和真實(shí)性直接決定臨床價(jià)值的分級(jí),需要多方參與提供翔實(shí)數(shù)據(jù)和資料。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the connotation and composition of drug clinical value, and to construct the index system of drug clinical value evaluation, and to provide reference for the scientific evaluation of drug clinical value. Methods referring to the indexes of drug clinical value evaluation in Germany and France, the clinical value index system was preliminarily constructed, and the composition and weight of the index system were determined by means of expert interview and Delphi questionnaire survey. Results A classification index system of drug clinical value was constructed, which consisted of two primary indexes and 15 second-class indexes. Experts are invited to rate the generic names of Risuvastatin, Atto vastatin, Simvastatin, and other statins based on background information, summarize the expert scores, determine the value order, and compare with Germany, France, the United Kingdom, the United States, South Korea, The market average price in Japan is compared and analyzed. Conclusion the clinical value of drugs is the international standard to determine the reasonable price of drugs. According to the classification of drug clinical value, this study is feasible to judge the value ranking of drug price in the same kind of products. The price order of some statins does not correspond to its clinical value ranking, and the price does not reflect its value. The integrity and authenticity of background information directly determine the classification of clinical value.
