鐵代謝體系影響抗生素殺菌作用的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)研究認(rèn)為不同種類的抗生素有其各自不同的殺菌途徑,然而近年人們發(fā)現(xiàn)了一條抗生素殺菌的共用通路,那就是當(dāng)細(xì)菌細(xì)胞受到抗生素致死性刺激時(shí),呼吸鏈代謝異常產(chǎn)生大量活性氧簇(ROS),而鐵離子對(duì)ROS介導(dǎo)的殺菌至關(guān)重要。本文參閱近年來國內(nèi)外研究結(jié)果,介紹了鐵吸收、儲(chǔ)存和利用有關(guān)的細(xì)菌鐵代謝系統(tǒng)及其調(diào)控機(jī)制,重點(diǎn)討論鐵離子的調(diào)控及其與抗生素介導(dǎo)的ROS形成的相互作用關(guān)系。對(duì)于細(xì)菌耐藥機(jī)制的研究與尋找新型藥物作用靶點(diǎn),探索有效控制手段和開發(fā)新藥有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Traditional research suggests that different kinds of antibiotics have their own different ways of killing bacteria. However, in recent years, a common pathway of antibiotic sterilization has been discovered, that is, when bacterial cells are stimulated by antibiotics, Abnormal respiratory chain metabolism produces a large number of reactive oxygen species (Ros), and iron ions are essential for ROS mediated sterilization. In this paper, referring to the domestic and foreign research results in recent years, this paper introduces the iron metabolism system and its regulatory mechanism related to the absorption, storage and utilization of iron, with emphasis on the regulation of iron ions and their interaction with the formation of ROS mediated by antibiotics. It is of great significance to study the mechanism of bacterial drug resistance, to find new drug targets, to explore effective control methods and to develop new drugs.
