【摘要】：正1臨床資料我院心內(nèi)科在2016年1-3月份共發(fā)生6例混合靜脈滴注注射用復(fù)合輔酶和門冬氨酸鉀注射液患者因不良反應(yīng)導(dǎo)致停藥事件。具體病例如下:病例1:患者,男,64歲。主因間斷胸悶、氣短3個月,加重20 d入院。診斷冠心病。既往腦梗死病史。于2月14日入院,2月14-16日靜脈滴注注射用復(fù)合輔酶A200單位+5%葡萄糖注射液100 mL,每日一次。2月17日因血鉀較低,給予注射用復(fù)合輔酶(規(guī)格:輔酶A200單位,輔酶Ⅰ0.2
[Abstract]:Clinical data: 6 patients with combined coenzyme and potassium aspartate injection for mixed intravenous drip occurred in our hospital from January to January 2016 due to adverse drug withdrawal events.
