【摘要】：目的:為臨床合理使用輔助用藥提供參考。方法:采用回顧性方法,對(duì)我院2013-2015年銷售金額和用藥頻度(DDDs)排名前10位的輔助用藥的銷售金額、用藥頻度、日均費(fèi)用(DDC)、排序比(B/A)等進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果:2013-2015年,我院輔助用藥銷售金額由3 295.90萬元逐年增長至4 243.65萬元,占藥品總銷售金額的比例由31.28%上升至35.22%;銷售金額排序前10位的輔助用藥劑型均為注射劑,品種以活血化瘀、神經(jīng)營養(yǎng)類、免疫調(diào)節(jié)藥為主,銷售金額有波動(dòng),但總體呈上升趨勢;DDDs排序前10位的輔助用藥品種以增強(qiáng)組織代謝、維生素類、神經(jīng)營養(yǎng)類、活血化瘀類為主;DDC較大的主要為注射劑,且這些藥物的B/A同步性不佳,藥品價(jià)格水平較高。結(jié)論:建議醫(yī)院規(guī)范輔助用藥的應(yīng)用,以促進(jìn)藥物有效、經(jīng)濟(jì)、合理使用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide reference for rational use of adjuvant drugs in clinic.Methods: retrospective analysis was made on the sales amount and DDDs of the top 10 auxiliary drugs in our hospital from 2013 to 2015, the frequency of drug use, the daily average cost of DDCA, and the ranking ratio of B / A, and so on.Results from 2013 to 2015, the sales amount of auxiliary drugs in our hospital increased from 3 2.959 million yuan to 4 2.4365 million yuan year by year, and the proportion of the total sales amount increased from 31.28% to 35.22%.Neurotrophs, immunomodulators are the main drugs, the sales amount fluctuates, but the overall trend of DDDs ranking the top 10 auxiliary drug varieties to enhance tissue metabolism, vitamins, neurotrophs,The main DDC of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis was injection, and the B / A synchronism of these drugs was not good, and the drug price level was higher.Conclusion: it is suggested that hospitals should standardize the use of adjuvant drugs in order to promote the effective, economical and rational use of drugs.
