【摘要】：目的探討阿托伐他汀致肝功能異常的危險因素,指導(dǎo)臨床為患者提供藥學(xué)監(jiān)護(hù),保證臨床安全合理用藥。方法選取2013年1月至12月在本院使用阿托伐他汀且資料完整的500例患者作為研究對象,對可能影響肝功能的諸多因素進(jìn)行χ2檢驗、單因素分析和Cox多因素分析。結(jié)果肝功能異常的發(fā)生率為5.4%(27/500)。經(jīng)單因素和多因素分析后顯示,年齡≥60歲、飲酒≥500 g·周-1、合并用藥(胺碘酮)與肝功能異常有關(guān),是阿托伐他汀致肝功能異常的獨(dú)立危險因素。結(jié)論老年人、飲酒和合并用藥(胺碘酮)是阿托伐他汀致肝功能異常的危險因素,選用他汀類藥物時應(yīng)結(jié)合患者的個體情況,保證用藥安全。
