【摘要】：目的分析并探討米卡芬凈不良反應(ADR)發(fā)生的類型及特點,為臨床安全、合理用藥提供參考。方法檢索國內(nèi)外有關(guān)米卡芬凈不良反應的病例報道,對其不良反應發(fā)生類型及特點進行分析和總結(jié)。結(jié)果米卡芬凈的不良反應以皮疹、胃腸道反應及肝損害最為多見,另外可見心血管疾病、溶血及過敏反應等。結(jié)論鑒于米卡芬凈可造成患者多個器官和系統(tǒng)的不良反應,醫(yī)藥人員在臨床治療過程中應加強不良反應的監(jiān)測,減少和防止ADR的發(fā)生率,以確�；颊叩挠盟幇踩�
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the types and characteristics of mikafen adverse reaction (ADR) and to provide reference for clinical safety and rational drug use.Methods the types and characteristics of mikafennet adverse reactions were analyzed and summarized by searching for the cases reported at home and abroad.Results the adverse reactions of mikafenin were most common in rash, gastrointestinal reaction and liver damage. Cardiovascular disease, hemolysis and allergic reaction were also found.Conclusion in view of the adverse reactions of multiple organs and systems caused by mikafenjing, the medical staff should strengthen the monitoring of adverse reactions in the course of clinical treatment to reduce and prevent the incidence of ADR in order to ensure the safety of drug use.
