【摘要】：目的:采樣分析我院成人使用水合氯醛溶液的實際情況,探討防止浪費或誤服用藥的措施,設置更加符合臨床需求的水合氯醛自制制劑規(guī)格。方法:分析我院2015年7~12月所有18歲以上成年患者使用水合氯醛溶液的所有處方,對其使用科別、患者年齡、用途、使用劑量等情況進行統(tǒng)計和分析。結(jié)果:2015年7~12月我院18歲以上成年患者使用水合氯醛溶液的處方共計1 360張,使用規(guī)格均為30 ml,多用于神經(jīng)科、神經(jīng)外科的檢查前睡眠誘導用;使用水合氯醛溶液的患者大多數(shù)是50歲(含50歲)以下的中青年患者;有94.85%的處方使用劑量為15 ml,98.97%的處方存在用量低于包裝規(guī)格的現(xiàn)象,以及多余藥液被誤服的風險。結(jié)論:我院目前水合氯醛溶液的實際使用劑量明顯小于藥品的包裝規(guī)格,存在誤服過量的風險,故包裝規(guī)格偏大,有必要改善包裝規(guī)格,方便臨床使用;藥師在發(fā)藥時需充分告知用法用量和注意事項,避免誤服過量的風險。
[Abstract]:Objective: to sample and analyze the actual situation of adults using chloral hydrate solution in our hospital, to discuss the measures to prevent waste or misadministration of chloral hydrate solution, and to set up the homemade preparation of chloral hydrate which is more suitable for clinical requirement.Methods: all prescriptions of chloral hydrate solution for all adult patients over 18 years of age in our hospital from July to December 2015 were analyzed.Results: from July to December 2015, 1 360 prescriptions of chloral hydrate solution were used in adult patients over 18 years old in our hospital. The prescriptions were all 30 ml, which were mostly used for sleep induction before neurology and neurosurgery examination.Most of the patients who used chloral hydrate solution were under 50 years old (including 50 years old), 94.85% of the prescriptions with a dosage of 15 ml ~ 98.97% had the phenomenon of using less than the packing specification, and the risk of overdose being taken by mistake.Conclusion: the actual dosage of chloral hydrate solution in our hospital at present is obviously smaller than the packing specification of drug, and there is the risk of overdose, so the packing specification is too large, it is necessary to improve the packing specification and make it convenient for clinical use.Pharmacists should fully inform the usage and precautions when dispensing drugs to avoid the risk of overdose.
