【摘要】：目的:建立替格瑞洛原料藥中6種殘留溶劑的測(cè)定方法。方法:采用氣相色譜法檢測(cè)替格瑞洛原料藥中甲醇、乙醇、乙腈、乙酸乙酯、異辛烷、乙酸。色譜條件為DB-624(30 m×0.320 mm×1.8 mm)毛細(xì)管柱;載氣采用高純氮?dú)?流速為1 m L/min;檢測(cè)器為氫火焰離子化檢測(cè)器,檢測(cè)器溫度為250℃(空氣流速),進(jìn)樣口溫度為200℃;程序升溫,分流比20∶1。結(jié)果:6種有機(jī)溶劑在各自的檢測(cè)質(zhì)量范圍內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好(r=0.998 31~0.999 99),平均回收率為91.49%~100.48%(RSD=2.85%~7.17%,n=9);甲醇、乙醇、乙腈、乙酸乙酯、異辛烷、乙酸的定量限分別為7.92、7.89、6.29、0.90、0.23、4.20 mg/L,檢測(cè)限分別為1.98、0.99、0.79、0.22、0.08、1.05 mg/L。用該方法測(cè)定3批次替格瑞洛原料藥,只有乙酸乙酯和異辛烷被檢出但均符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn),其他殘留溶劑未檢測(cè)到。結(jié)論:該方法操作簡(jiǎn)便、穩(wěn)定、重復(fù)性好,可用于替格瑞洛原料藥中上述6種殘留溶劑的測(cè)定。
