【摘要】：為了研究何首烏有效成分二苯乙烯苷對黑素合成及黑素細(xì)胞酪氨酸酶活性的影響。采用體外培養(yǎng)的正常人表皮黑素細(xì)胞作為實驗對象解法測定二苯乙烯苷作用72 h后的黑素細(xì)胞黑素含量;多巴氧化法測定二苯乙烯苷作用72 h后的黑素細(xì)胞酪氨酸酶活性。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),3組不同濃度的藥物對黑素合成產(chǎn)生了不同的影響。兩組低濃度藥物作用下黑素含量與對照組比較有所增加;一組較高濃度的藥物抑制了黑素的合成。3組藥物對酪氨酸酶活性也有不同影響,與對照組相比兩組較低濃度的藥物提高了實驗對象酪氨酸酶的活性;而高濃度的藥物對酪氨酸酶無明顯的抑制或提高。
[Abstract]:To study the effect of stilbene glycoside on melanin synthesis and tyrosinase activity in melanocytes.Normal human epidermal melanocytes cultured in vitro were used to determine the melanocyte melanin content after 72 h exposure to stilbene glucoside, and the tyrosinase activity of melanocytes after 72 h exposure to stilbene glycoside was determined by dopa oxidation method.It was found that three groups of drugs had different effects on melanin synthesis.Compared with the control group, the content of melanin in the two groups was increased, and the tyrosinase activity was also affected by the inhibition of the synthesis of melanin by the drug of higher concentration in the first group, and the activity of tyrosinase was also affected by the drug of the third group.Compared with the control group, the activity of tyrosinase was increased by the lower concentration of drugs in the two groups, while the activity of tyrosinase was not significantly inhibited or increased by the high concentration of drugs.
