四類眼用制劑流變學(xué)性質(zhì)的研究

【摘要】:通過對4類眼用制劑流變學(xué)性質(zhì)的研究,比較眼用凝膠劑與其他3種類型眼用制劑流變學(xué)性質(zhì)的區(qū)別,為增加眼用凝膠劑質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中流變學(xué)指標(biāo)和參數(shù)提供了依據(jù)。采用錐板式模具流變儀測定了4類眼用制劑非穩(wěn)態(tài)與穩(wěn)態(tài)流變學(xué)參數(shù),分析測定結(jié)果,總結(jié)區(qū)分眼用凝膠劑與其他類型眼用制劑的流變學(xué)指標(biāo)和參數(shù)。結(jié)果顯示:1在線性黏彈區(qū)內(nèi),眼用凝膠劑的彈性模量應(yīng)大于黏性模量;2眼用凝膠劑應(yīng)為具有一定屈服應(yīng)力和觸變性的剪切變稀型非牛頓流體;3在溫度為25℃,剪切速率為50 s~(-1)時,眼用凝膠劑動力黏度應(yīng)大于0.5 Pa·S。本文確立了眼用凝膠劑的特征流變學(xué)指標(biāo)和參數(shù),測定方法簡單、操作性強,對于眼用凝膠劑的處方設(shè)計、生產(chǎn)工藝與質(zhì)量控制具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Through the study of the rheological properties of four kinds of ophthalmic preparations, the difference of rheological properties between the ophthalmic gels and the other three types of ophthalmic preparations was compared, which provided the basis for increasing the rheological indexes and parameters in the quality standard of ophthalmic gels.The rheological parameters of unsteady and steady state of four kinds of ophthalmic preparations were measured by tapered plate mould rheometer. The results were analyzed and the rheological indexes and parameters were summarized to distinguish the ophthalmic gels from other kinds of ophthalmic preparations.The results show that in the linear viscoelastic region, the elastic modulus of the eye gel should be greater than that of the viscosity modulus. The eye gel should be a shear-thinning non-Newtonian fluid with a certain yield stress and thixotropy at 25 鈩,
