【摘要】：目的:為進(jìn)一步制定萬古霉素合理使用規(guī)范提供依據(jù)。方法:回顧性分析我院2013年6月-2014年12月經(jīng)靜脈使用萬古霉素的正常出院患者的相關(guān)信息。結(jié)果:178例使用萬古霉素的患者,平均年齡59.6歲,男性占73.60%,以肺部感染為主(74.72%)。用藥前輔助檢查充分,66.29%屬經(jīng)驗(yàn)性治療用藥,病原學(xué)送檢率達(dá)85.39%。71.91%的患者行治療藥物監(jiān)測(cè),但首次監(jiān)測(cè)血藥濃度僅47.66%處于目標(biāo)范圍。結(jié)論:萬古霉素在我院使用較為合理,但需關(guān)注經(jīng)驗(yàn)性用藥療程、治療藥物監(jiān)測(cè)的合理性以及個(gè)體化初始劑量等問題。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide the basis for the establishment of reasonable use of vancomycin.Methods: the information of normal discharged patients receiving vancomycin from June 2013 to December 2014 was analyzed retrospectively.Results the average age of 178 patients with vancomycin was 59.6 years old. The male was 73.60 and the majority of them were pulmonary infection (74.72%).Before administration, 66.29% of the patients were treated with experiential therapy, 85.39% of the patients were examined by etiology, 71.91% of the patients were monitored for the treatment drugs, but only 47.66% of the patients were in the target range for the first time monitoring of blood drug concentration.Conclusion: the use of vancomycin in our hospital is reasonable, but attention should be paid to the experience course of medication, the rationality of drug monitoring and the individual initial dose.
