透皮肽TD1調(diào)節(jié)達卡巴嗪納米柔性脂質(zhì)體的透皮特性研究

【摘要】:將黑色素瘤治療藥物達卡巴嗪包裹到納米柔性脂質(zhì)體中,并通過透皮增強肽TD1調(diào)節(jié)達卡巴嗪納米柔性脂質(zhì)體顆粒透皮。采用薄膜水化法,制備了達卡巴嗪納米柔性脂質(zhì)體,通過考察溶液的外觀、粒子粒徑和包封率,表征達卡巴嗪納米柔性脂質(zhì)體的各項性能。最后分別考察了達卡巴嗪納米柔性脂質(zhì)體的透皮和透皮增強肽TD1調(diào)控的達卡巴嗪納米柔性脂質(zhì)體的透皮。結(jié)果表明:達卡巴嗪納米柔性脂質(zhì)體粒徑分布較為均一且不聚集,脂質(zhì)體能夠較好地促進達卡巴嗪透皮;達卡巴嗪納米柔性脂質(zhì)體與透皮增強肽TD1協(xié)同使用,能夠進一步促進達卡巴嗪的透皮。
[Abstract]:The drug of melanoma treatment was encapsulated into the nano-flexible liposome, and the transdermal enhancement peptide TD1 was used to regulate the transdermal penetration of the dacarbazine nano-flexible liposome particles.Dacarbazide nano-flexible liposomes were prepared by membrane hydration. The properties of dacarbazide nano-flexible liposomes were characterized by investigating the appearance, particle size and encapsulation efficiency of the solution.Finally, the transdermal transdermal and transdermal transdermal effects of dacarbazide nano-flexible liposomes regulated by transdermal enhancement peptide (TD1) were investigated respectively.The results showed that the diameter distribution of dacarbazide nano-flexible liposomes was uniform and non-aggregation, and the liposome could promote the transdermal penetration of Dhakabaxine, and the dacarbazide nano-flexible liposomes were used in combination with transdermal enhancement peptide (TD1).It can further promote the transdermal penetration of dacabaxine.
