【摘要】：細(xì)胞凋亡又稱細(xì)胞程序性死亡,在腫瘤的發(fā)生、發(fā)展過程中具有重要作用。在生物體內(nèi)可以通過凋亡清除潛在的有害細(xì)胞,且不會(huì)導(dǎo)致炎癥反應(yīng)或瘢痕形成。因此,誘導(dǎo)細(xì)胞凋亡已成為發(fā)展化療藥物的重要策略。隨著深海采集技術(shù)的發(fā)展,海洋來源的天然產(chǎn)物已經(jīng)成為抗腫瘤藥物的重要來源。近年來發(fā)現(xiàn)了數(shù)百種可誘導(dǎo)腫瘤細(xì)胞凋亡的海洋來源的化合物,其中大多具有良好的抗腫瘤活性。本文基于不同海洋來源的化合物誘導(dǎo)腫瘤細(xì)胞凋亡的分子機(jī)制,對(duì)其抗腫瘤作用進(jìn)行了綜述,并提出了這類天然產(chǎn)物研究存在的問題及發(fā)展前景。
[Abstract]:Apoptosis, also known as programmed cell death, plays an important role in tumorigenesis and development.Apoptosis clears potentially harmful cells in organisms and does not cause inflammation or scar formation.Therefore, inducing apoptosis has become an important strategy for the development of chemotherapeutic drugs.With the development of deep-sea collection technology, natural products from marine sources have become an important source of anti-tumor drugs.In recent years, hundreds of marine compounds which can induce apoptosis of tumor cells have been found, most of which have good antitumor activity.In this paper, based on the molecular mechanism of apoptosis induced by compounds from different marine sources, the antitumor effects of these compounds are reviewed, and the existing problems and development prospects of this kind of natural products are put forward.
