【摘要】：本文對肝素前體(heparosan)的細胞攝取途徑及其進入細胞后的分布情況進行了研究。通過胞吞途徑抑制及細胞探針定位實驗發(fā)現(xiàn),MCF-7腫瘤細胞較COS7正常細胞對heparosan的攝取效率更高,具有選擇性。Heparosan在MCF-7腫瘤細胞和COS7正常細胞中的內吞過程均為能量依賴。Heparosan主要通過小窩蛋白和巨胞飲介導的內吞進入MCF-7腫瘤細胞,并且主要分布于溶酶體中。
[Abstract]:In this paper, we studied the uptake pathway of heparosan and its distribution after entering the cells. Through the inhibition of cytoplasmic pathway and the localization of cell probe, we found that the uptake efficiency of heparosan in MCF-7 tumor cells was higher than that in normal COS7 cells. The endocytosis process of selective .Heparosan in both MCF-7 tumor cells and COS7 normal cells is energy-dependent. Heparosan enters MCF-7 tumor cells mainly through fossa protein and macrocytosine mediated endocytosis and mainly distributes in lysosomes.
