熱水洗滌法降低“鋁鎂加”原料中鈉的含量

【摘要】:目的:為合成符合8.0版《歐洲藥典》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的"鋁鎂加",采用熱水洗滌法降低"鋁鎂加"原料氫氧化鋁和氫氧化鎂中的鈉含量。方法:采用單因素試驗(yàn)考察洗滌溫度、洗滌時(shí)間、洗滌次數(shù)以及單次水量,采用原子吸收光譜法測(cè)定氫氧化鋁和氫氧化鎂中可溶鈉含量。結(jié)果:最佳洗滌工藝為,洗滌溫度80℃,洗滌時(shí)間10 min,洗滌3次,每次10倍量純化水,可將氫氧化鋁與氫氧化鎂中鈉含量降低至150 ppm以下。結(jié)論:該方法可降低"鋁鎂加"原料氫氧化鋁和氫氧化鎂中可溶性鈉含量,工藝簡(jiǎn)單,易行,確保"鋁鎂加"合成后的鈉含量符合8.0版《歐洲藥典》的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to synthesize "aluminum-magnesium addition" which meets the standard of "European Pharmacopoeia" 8.0, and to reduce the content of sodium in aluminium hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide by hot water washing method. Methods: single factor test was used to investigate the washing temperature and washing time.
