【摘要】：目的制備一種瑞巴派特球狀結(jié)晶的新晶型并考察新晶型對(duì)瑞巴派特溶出速率的影響。方法以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺-乙酸乙酯重結(jié)晶法制備新晶型瑞巴派特球狀晶體,通過(guò)掃描電鏡法、紅外吸收光譜法和X射線粉末衍射法對(duì)其進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)分析;采用紫外-可見分光光度法考察其對(duì)在不同p H介質(zhì)中的原料藥溶出速率的影響。結(jié)果瑞巴派特針狀晶體和球狀晶體不僅晶體外觀形狀不同,且其紅外吸收光譜圖和X射線粉末衍射圖譜都存在很大的差異。瑞巴派特球狀晶體的溶出速率高于針狀晶體。結(jié)論瑞巴派特球狀晶體是新晶型,它與針狀晶體的晶型不同并且二者的溶出速率也存在明顯差異。
[Abstract]:Objective to prepare a new crystalline form of Rebapet spherical crystal and to investigate the effect of the new crystalline form on the dissolution rate of Rebapet. Methods the new crystal was prepared by means of recrystallization of Nn- dimethylformamide-ethyl acetate. The structure was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy, infrared absorption spectroscopy and X-ray powder diffraction. UV-Vis spectrophotometry was used to investigate the effect of UV on the dissolution rate of crude drug in different pH medium. Results not only the crystal appearance but also the shape of the crystal were different from those of the globular crystal. The dissolution rate of Rebapet spherical crystal is higher than that of needle-like crystal. Conclusion it is a new crystal form. It is different from the crystal form of needle-like crystal and the dissolution rate of the two crystals is also obviously different.
