【摘要】：目的:調(diào)查和分析我院住院患者質(zhì)子泵抑制劑(PPIs)的應用情況,評價近年我院PPIs臨床應用的趨勢并分析其合理性,為臨床用藥提供參考。方法:利用醫(yī)院陽光用藥監(jiān)控平臺提供的2011-2014年PPIs的品種、年消耗量、銷售金額等數(shù)據(jù),用限定日劑量(DDD)法,統(tǒng)計用藥頻度(DDDs)、人均DDDs、日均費用(DDDc)、藥物利用指數(shù)(DUI)等,進行綜合分析。結果:2011-2014年我院各類PPIs總銷售金額逐年增加,2012年的增幅最明顯。第2代PPIs產(chǎn)品埃索美拉唑、雷貝拉唑的使用呈逐年上升趨勢,占主導地位的仍是第1代PPIs,相對于第2代PPIs,特別是口服制劑,有明顯的價格優(yōu)勢。住院患者PPIs的應用有向口服制劑為主的發(fā)展趨勢,僅奧美拉唑仍以注射劑應用為主。各年度PPIs的DUI均大于1.0。結論:我院的PPIs品種在臨床選用上符合"有效、經(jīng)濟"的合理用藥原則,但從人均DDDs及DUI分析,存在超劑量應用的現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:Objective: To survey and analysis of hospitalized patients in our hospital of proton pump inhibitor (PPIs) application, trend evaluation of clinical application of PPIs in our hospital in recent years and the analysis of its rationality, to provide reference for clinical medication. Methods: 2011-2014 years of PPIs varieties by monitoring platform provided by sun medicine hospital, annual consumption, sales amount of data. Defined daily dose (DDD) method, the statistical frequency of drug use (DDDs), DDDs per capita, the average daily cost (DDDc), drug utilization index (DUI), were analyzed. Results: 2011-2014 years in our hospital of PPIs total sales amount is increasing year by year, the most obvious increase in 2012. The second generation of PPIs products of Esomeprazole in use of ray Bella with the increased year by year, is still dominated by the first generation of PPIs, compared to the second generation of PPIs, especially the oral preparation, there is a significant price advantage. The application of PPIs in hospitalized patients has a tendency to oral preparation, Omeprazole is still the main application. The DUI of PPIs in each year is greater than 1.0.. Conclusion: the PPIs variety in our hospital accords with the principle of "effective and economical" rational drug use, but there is a phenomenon of over dose application from the analysis of DDDs and DUI per person.
