【摘要】：基于實地調研,分析我國短缺藥品現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)我國現(xiàn)行的短缺藥品供應保障政策存在薄弱環(huán)節(jié):藥品短缺處于常態(tài),且集中分布在國家基本藥物目錄和低價藥品目錄,短缺藥品多為臨床必需和不可替代的藥品,主要用于治療心血管疾病、血液和造血器官疾病、神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病以及腫瘤,尚未建立重特大疾病藥品短缺應急機制;藥品短缺大多超過6個月,且多為省級和區(qū)域性短缺,缺乏短缺藥品省級聯(lián)合協(xié)調和保障機制。對此,應引起政府部門的重視。
[Abstract]:Based on the field investigation and analysis of the current situation of the shortage of drugs in China, it is found that there are weak links in the current policy of guaranteeing the supply of the shortage of drugs in our country. Most of the drugs in shortage are necessary and irreplaceable drugs, which are mainly used to treat cardiovascular diseases, blood and hematopoietic organs diseases, nervous system diseases and tumors. Most of the drug shortage is more than 6 months, and most of them are provincial and regional shortage, and lack of provincial coordination and guarantee mechanism. Therefore, the government departments should pay more attention to the shortage of drugs.
