【摘要】：生物治療藥物已廣泛應(yīng)用于各個疾病治療領(lǐng)域,隨著早期生物制品專利和數(shù)據(jù)保護(hù)到期,國際上掀起了生物類似藥(biosimilars)開發(fā)的浪潮。生物類似藥是指與生物原研藥含有相似的活性物質(zhì),在質(zhì)量、安全性和有效性方面與原研藥具有相似性,臨床意義上無差異的藥物。由于生物類似藥可以更好地滿足公眾對生物治療產(chǎn)品的需求,有助于提高生物藥的可及性和降低價(jià)格。另一方面,因?yàn)樯镏委熕幬锏莫?dú)特性和復(fù)雜性,生物類似藥不可能與原研藥完全相同。"化學(xué)仿制藥"的評價(jià)原則和法規(guī)不適用于生物類似藥。許多國家都十分重視生物類似藥的研發(fā)和管理工作,全球已有20余個國家或組織制定了生物類似藥相關(guān)指南,以建立明確的生物類似藥上市審批途徑,既保證患者能及時得到這些生物制品,又能確保這些生物制品的質(zhì)量、有效性和安全性。本文通過對生物治療藥物研發(fā)特點(diǎn)及國內(nèi)外生物類似藥研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述,以幫助臨床合理安全使用。
[Abstract]:Biotherapeutic drugs have been widely used in various fields of disease treatment. With the expiration of patents and data protection for early biological products, There has been a wave of biosimilarsdevelopment in the world. Biological analogues are similar to bioanalogues in terms of quality, safety and effectiveness. Because biologically similar drugs can better meet the public demand for biotherapy products, it can help to improve the accessibility and reduce the price of biopharmaceuticals, on the other hand, Because of the uniqueness and complexity of biotherapeutic drugs, Biological analogues cannot be exactly the same as those originally developed. The evaluation principles and regulations for "chemically generic drugs" do not apply to biological analogous drugs. Many countries attach great importance to the development and management of biological analogous drugs. More than 20 countries or organizations around the world have developed guidelines for the approval of biological-like drugs, in order to establish a clear approval path for the marketing of biomedical products, which can ensure that patients can obtain these biological products in a timely manner and ensure the quality of these biological products. This article reviews the research and development of biotherapeutic drugs and the research progress of biomedical analogues at home and abroad in order to help the rational and safe use of biotherapeutic drugs.
