【摘要】：測定吸入制劑的粒徑是確定粒子在呼吸道系統(tǒng)中空氣動力學(xué)分布的重要方法。粒徑測定的方法有級聯(lián)撞擊器法、激光衍射法、飛行時間光譜測定法等。盡管級聯(lián)撞擊器測定法步驟繁雜、耗時,但該測定法是國際公認、準(zhǔn)確的方法并且是多國藥典收載的法定方法。本文就采用級聯(lián)撞擊器法對吸入制劑進行空氣動力學(xué)粒徑分布的測定進行綜述,包括該方法的原理和數(shù)據(jù)評估,不同吸入制劑對該方法的適用性及該方法的變異性。
[Abstract]:Determining the particle size of inhaled preparations is an important method to determine the aerodynamic distribution of particles in the respiratory system. The methods of particle size determination are cascade impactor method, laser diffraction method, Time of Flight Spectrometry, etc., although the cascade impactor determination process is cumbersome and time-consuming, it is internationally recognized, This paper reviews the determination of aerodynamics particle size distribution of inhaled preparations by cascade impactor method, including the principle and data evaluation of the method. The applicability and variability of different inhaled preparations to this method.
