【摘要】：本文回顧了近年來紅細(xì)胞儲存損傷的國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn),從儲存紅細(xì)胞的理化性狀、生物代謝、獻(xiàn)血者個體差異、血袋與保存液不同、白細(xì)胞去除等紅細(xì)胞儲存損傷的相關(guān)影響因素,介紹了紅細(xì)胞儲存損傷的最新研究進(jìn)展,討論了紅細(xì)胞儲存損傷熱點(diǎn)問題"新""老"紅細(xì)胞有無差異,并指出目前研究存在的根本問題是沒有1個統(tǒng)一的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來定義"新""老"紅細(xì)胞。最后提出了研究紅細(xì)胞儲存損傷的重點(diǎn)應(yīng)該放在紅細(xì)胞的療效上,而不是單純的延長保存時間等,為紅細(xì)胞儲存與相關(guān)療效的研究提供了一定指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the domestic and foreign literatures on erythrocyte storage injury were reviewed. The related factors of red blood cell storage damage, such as physical and chemical properties, biological metabolism, individual differences of blood donors, different blood bags from preservation solution, leukocyte removal and so on, were reviewed. This paper introduces the latest research progress of erythrocyte storage injury, and discusses whether there is any difference between new and old red blood cells, which is a hot issue of erythrocyte storage injury. It is pointed out that there is no unified standard to define "new" and "old" red blood cells. Finally, the emphasis of research on erythrocyte storage damage should be put on the curative effect of red blood cells. Instead of simply prolonging the storage time, it provides guidance for the study of erythrocyte storage and related therapeutic effects.
