【摘要】：目的:建立葡萄糖酸鈣鋅口服溶液中葡萄糖酸鋅的含量測定方法。方法:通過對原子吸收分光光度法(AAS)及電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜法(ICP-MS)兩種方法測定的葡萄糖酸鈣鋅口服溶液中葡萄糖酸鋅含量結(jié)果的比較,證明ICP-MS測定葡萄糖酸鈣鋅口服溶液中葡萄糖酸鋅的方法成立。結(jié)果:鋅在0~0.8μg/m L濃度范圍內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好(r=0.999 9);平均加樣回收率為96.63%(n=5,RSD為1.80%);采用ICP-MS和AAS檢測,兩種方法的測定結(jié)果基本一致。結(jié)論:ICP-MS簡便、準(zhǔn)確、快速、重復(fù)性好,為葡萄糖酸鈣鋅口服溶液葡萄糖酸鋅的含量測定提供了有效的方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish a method for the determination of zinc gluconate in calcium gluconate zinc oral solution. Methods: calcium gluconate was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry (AAS) and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Comparison of the results of zinc gluconate in zinc oral solution, The ICP-MS method for the determination of zinc gluconate in calcium gluconate zinc oral solution was established. Results: the linear relationship of zinc in the concentration range of 0 0. 8 渭 g / mL was good, the average recovery of zinc was 96. 63%, RSD was 1. 80%, ICP-MS and AAS were used to detect zinc. Conclusion the two methods are simple, accurate, rapid and reproducible, which provides an effective method for the determination of zinc gluconate in the oral solution of calcium gluconate and zinc gluconate.
