【摘要】：抗丙肝藥物索非布韋上市以來(lái)獲得了巨大的成功,口服用藥幾乎可達(dá)到治愈的效果。從化學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)的構(gòu)建和研發(fā)路徑分析了索非布韋作為肝靶向前藥的作用特點(diǎn),這個(gè)首創(chuàng)甚至是顛覆性的發(fā)明,引發(fā)出對(duì)新藥創(chuàng)制的某些聯(lián)想。
[Abstract]:The antihepatitis C drug sofebufovir has achieved great success since it came into the market, and the oral administration can almost achieve the curative effect. The characteristics of sofebufovir as a liver targeted prodrug are analyzed from the construction of chemical structure and the path of research and development. The first and even subversive invention led to some association with the creation of new drugs.
