【摘要】：目的建立頭孢克洛原料中雜質(zhì)C(D-頭孢克洛)的HPLC測定方法。方法采用C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色譜柱;流動相為0.78%磷酸二氫鈉溶液(取磷酸二氫鈉7.8g,加水溶解并稀釋至1000m L,用磷酸調(diào)p H值至4.0)-乙腈(90:10);流速1.0m L/min;檢測波長254nm;柱溫35℃。結(jié)果雜質(zhì)C在1.22~2.85μg范圍內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好(r=0.9995,n=5),平均回收率為99.89%,RSD為0.59%(n=9),定量限為2.038ng。結(jié)論該方法簡便、準確、重現(xiàn)性好,可用于頭孢克洛原料中雜質(zhì)C的檢測。
