【摘要】：法尼醇X受體(farnesoid X receptor,FXR)屬于核受體超家族,研究證明FXR可調(diào)控多種代謝通路,除在膽汁酸代謝中發(fā)揮重要作用外,FXR激活后參與維持機(jī)體糖脂代謝穩(wěn)態(tài)。隨著糖脂代謝異常相關(guān)疾病發(fā)病率的升高,FXR對(duì)糖脂代謝的調(diào)節(jié)越來(lái)越引起研究者的重視。FXR激動(dòng)劑可能成為治療2型糖尿病和脂代謝紊亂等代謝性疾病的新型藥物靶點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Farnesoid X receptor (FXR) belongs to the nuclear receptor superfamily. Studies have shown that FXR regulates many metabolic pathways. In addition to play an important role in the metabolism of bile acids, FXR plays an important role in maintaining the homeostasis of glycolipid metabolism after activation. With the increasing incidence of diseases associated with abnormal metabolism of glucose and lipid, the regulation of FXR on glucose and lipid metabolism has attracted more and more attention. FXR agonists may become novel drug targets for metabolic diseases such as type 2 diabetes and lipid metabolism disorders.
