【摘要】：藥物引發(fā)的安全性問題一直受到各國藥品管理部門廣泛而高度的重視,藥物安全性評價(jià)技術(shù)和方法更是各國學(xué)者研究的熱點(diǎn)。近年來,隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,新的安全性評價(jià)技術(shù)和方法不斷出現(xiàn),包括肝臟、腎臟、心臟等靶器官毒性,發(fā)育和生殖毒性,遺傳毒性和致癌性等方面的評價(jià)技術(shù)和方法。本文主要結(jié)合本中心近10年來的研究成果,對藥物安全性評價(jià)新技術(shù)和新方法的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行了綜述。
[Abstract]:The safety problems caused by drugs have been paid more and more attention by the drug administration departments of various countries, and the technology and methods of drug safety evaluation have been the focus of scholars all over the world. In recent years, with the development of science and technology, New safety assessment techniques and methods are emerging, including liver, kidney, heart and other target organ toxicity, developmental and reproductive toxicity, In this paper, the research progress of new techniques and methods for drug safety evaluation was reviewed in the light of the research results of our center in the past 10 years, such as genotoxicity, carcinogenicity, and so on.
