【摘要】：目的:調(diào)查某院腎臟專科常用藥品是否具有兒童適宜的劑型、規(guī)格及包裝,并與英美兩國同類藥品分布情況比較。方法:對某院腎臟科48種常用藥品進行描述性研究,統(tǒng)計分析中、美、英三國適合于兒童的規(guī)格、劑型、包裝的相關(guān)差異。結(jié)果:48種藥品中,英美兩國小規(guī)格藥品多于中國,適宜兒童的劑型多于中國,小包裝的口服藥品多于中國,且更注重使用兒童安全包裝。結(jié)論:我國兒童藥物現(xiàn)狀的改觀已刻不容緩,相關(guān)職能部門與生產(chǎn)企業(yè)應(yīng)加強合作,推進兒童專用藥品的開發(fā)研究。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate whether the commonly used drugs in kidney specialty in a hospital have suitable dosage form, specification and packaging for children, and compare the distribution of the same drugs between the two countries. Methods: a descriptive study of 48 commonly used drugs in kidney department of a hospital was carried out. In statistical analysis, the differences in specifications, dosage forms, and packaging suitable for children were found in the United States and the United Kingdom. Results of the 48 kinds of drugs in the United States and the United States, the number of small specifications in the United States was more than that in China, and the dosage forms suitable for children were more than those in China. Conclusion: it is urgent to improve the current situation of children's drugs in China, and the relevant functional departments and production enterprises should strengthen cooperation to promote the development and research of children's drugs.
