【摘要】：目的優(yōu)化染料木素磷脂復(fù)合物的制備工藝,并對(duì)其理化性質(zhì)進(jìn)行研究。方法以二氯甲烷揮發(fā)法制備染料木素磷脂復(fù)合物,以復(fù)合率為指標(biāo),進(jìn)行單因素考察,再用星點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)—效應(yīng)面法優(yōu)化制備工藝,并對(duì)最終制備的磷脂復(fù)合物進(jìn)行理化性質(zhì)研究。結(jié)果星點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)-效應(yīng)面法優(yōu)選出的較佳工藝條件為:染料木素與磷脂的投料比(m/m)為2∶3,反應(yīng)溫度為40℃,反應(yīng)質(zhì)量濃度為25 mg/m L,反應(yīng)時(shí)間為2.15 h。結(jié)果按優(yōu)化條件的復(fù)合率的實(shí)驗(yàn)值為(97.57±1.03)%,較二項(xiàng)式擬合方程預(yù)測(cè)值偏差小于1%。且染料木素磷脂復(fù)合物在水中和四氫呋喃中的溶解度均有明顯提高,其油水分配系數(shù)的提高沒有顯著性差異。結(jié)論應(yīng)用星點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)-效應(yīng)面優(yōu)化法能夠快速方便而精確地設(shè)計(jì)出染料木素磷脂復(fù)合物的制備工藝,且優(yōu)化出來的工藝條件穩(wěn)定可行。
[Abstract]:Objective to optimize the preparation process of genistein phospholipid complex and study its physical and chemical properties. Methods the genistein phospholipid complex was prepared by dichloromethane volatilization method. Then the star design-effect surface method was used to optimize the preparation process. The physicochemical properties of the final phospholipid complex were studied.
