【摘要】:分子的振動和轉動往往引起在太赫茲(THz)波段的特征吸收。氫鍵、范德華力等弱相互作用對分子的構型和物質的結構有著重要影響。而THz波對這些弱相互作用敏感,對多晶型藥物、同分異構體、分子衍生物都可很好的區(qū)分。這使得THz技術在食品、藥品、化學品等檢測領域得到廣泛應用。水是生命不可缺少的重要物質,作為良溶劑,許多生化反應和生命活動都在水中進行。理解水和物質相互作用對生產(chǎn)生活和人類的認知都有重要意義。水對THz輻射吸收強烈,借助THz波對水的敏感性,開展水與物質相互作用的微觀機制研究,是THz技術在生命醫(yī)學領域應用的重要基礎和前提。本課題的工作主要分為以下三個部分一、理解THz波和介質的相互作用理論,依據(jù)已報道的物質介電參數(shù)提取方法,開發(fā)編寫了基于Matlab的圖形界面(GUI),實現(xiàn)對固體和液體樣品的折射率和吸收系數(shù)的便捷提取和存儲。二、利用太赫茲時域光譜技術(THz-TDS),研究了固體葡萄糖酸鹽(Na~+,Mg~(2+),K~+,Ca~(2+),Fe~(2+),Cu~(2+),Zn~(2+))的THz指紋譜;依據(jù)朗伯比爾定律,實現(xiàn)多種混合樣品的定性和定量分析;利用THz成像技術實現(xiàn)混合樣品中不同化合物的成分識別并獲得空間分布。結果顯示了THz技術在化學藥物等檢測領域的巨大應用前景。三、以二氧六環(huán)-水互溶體系為研究模型,利用THz-TDS技術,研究水與二氧六環(huán)分子的相互作用,通過實驗測量獲得不同濃度二氧六環(huán)水溶液在0.2-1.5 THz的介電響應,并對溫度效應進行考察。對實驗偏離理想吸收模型的內在機制進行分析,獲得了二氧六環(huán)分子周圍殼層水數(shù)目,并對二氧六環(huán)與水的相互作用進行了探討。研究結果有助于揭示水與物質相互作用的微觀行為。
[Abstract]:The vibration and rotation of molecules often cause characteristic absorption in the THz band. Weak interactions such as hydrogen bonds and van der Waals force have important effects on the configuration and the structure of matter. The THz waves are sensitive to these weak interactions. For polycrystalline drugs, isomers, molecular derivatives can be well distinguished. This makes the THz technology in food, medicine, chemicals and other fields of detection is widely used. Water is an indispensable important substance for life, as a good solvent, Many biochemical reactions and life activities take place in water. Understanding the interaction between water and matter is important to production, life and human cognition. Water absorbs strongly THz radiation and is sensitive to water with the help of THz waves. It is an important foundation and prerequisite for the application of THz technology in the field of life medicine to study the micro mechanism of the interaction between water and matter. The work of this paper is divided into the following three parts to understand the interaction theory of THz wave and medium. According to the reported method of extracting dielectric parameters of materials, a graphical interface based on Matlab is developed to realize the convenient extraction and storage of refractive index and absorption coefficient of solid and liquid samples. In this paper, the THz fingerprint spectra of solid gluconate Na ~ (2 +) MgO _ (2) C ~ (2) C _ (2) C _ (2) C _ (2) C ~ (2 +) (THz _ TDS _ 2) have been studied by using THz time-domain spectroscopy (THz), and the qualitative and quantitative analysis of various mixed samples have been realized according to Lambert's law. The THz imaging technique is used to identify the components of different compounds in the mixed samples and to obtain the spatial distribution. The results show that the THz technique has a great application prospect in the field of chemical drug detection. Third, the dioxane water solution system is used as the research model. The interaction between water and dioxane molecules was studied by THz-TDS technique. The dielectric responses of dioxane aqueous solutions with different concentrations at 0.2-1.5 THz were measured experimentally. The internal mechanism of the experimental deviation from the ideal absorption model was analyzed, and the number of water in the shell around the dioxane molecule was obtained. The interaction between dioxane and water is discussed. The results are helpful to reveal the microscopic behavior of the interaction between water and substance.
