【摘要】:目的建立測定甲氧氯普胺(MCP)鼻腔噴霧劑含量和有關(guān)物質(zhì)的HPLC檢測方法。方法采用Agilent TC-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流動相為乙腈-磷酸鹽緩沖液(取0.05 mol/L磷酸二氫鉀溶液,加三乙胺5 ml,用磷酸調(diào)至p H 4.0)(19∶81),檢測波長為275 nm,柱溫30℃,流速為1.0 ml/min。結(jié)果與結(jié)論在建立的色譜條件下,MCP與有關(guān)物質(zhì)峰基線分離,MCP濃度在10~200μg/ml范圍內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好,r=0.9999,回收率為100.3%~101.6%,RSD為0.68%(n=9),MCP檢出限0.3 ng。該方法準(zhǔn)確、可靠,重復(fù)性較好,可作為MCP鼻腔噴霧劑的質(zhì)量控制方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a HPLC method for the determination of metoclopramide in nasal spray and related substances. Methods the Agilent TC-C18 column was used to determine the content of methoxyclopramide and its related substances. Methods the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-phosphate buffer solution (0.05 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution).
