【摘要】：筆者通過從提高片劑的硬度;改善粉體的流動性和防止粉體吸潮結(jié)塊的作用;油狀藥物的粉末化;將難溶性結(jié)晶藥物與硅酸鋁鎂共同研磨,形成無定型產(chǎn)物,進而提高藥物的溶出度;在固體分散制劑以及緩釋制劑處方設計的應用等5個方面綜述硅酸鋁鎂在藥劑學應用研究的進展,并介紹硅酸鋁鎂理化特性和安全性評價結(jié)果。
