【摘要】：藥物臨床試驗(yàn)中如何做好受試者免費(fèi)檢查的監(jiān)管及溯源是機(jī)構(gòu)管理面臨的難題。本研究在醫(yī)院信息管理系統(tǒng)基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)了一套臨床試驗(yàn)電子免費(fèi)檢查系統(tǒng),通過信息化手段減少因紙質(zhì)免費(fèi)申請(qǐng)單發(fā)生的錯(cuò)誤,解決了臨床試驗(yàn)檢查數(shù)據(jù)溯源難題。該系統(tǒng)成本低,性價(jià)比高,便于臨床使用,有效提升了藥物臨床試驗(yàn)中免費(fèi)檢查效率,優(yōu)化了受試者體驗(yàn),有利于經(jīng)費(fèi)的核算,實(shí)現(xiàn)了藥物臨床試驗(yàn)免費(fèi)檢查的全流程動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)管,值得今后進(jìn)一步推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:How to supervise and trace the free examination of subjects in clinical trials is a difficult problem for the organization management. Based on the hospital information management system, an electronic free examination system for clinical trials has been designed in this study. By means of information technology, the errors caused by paper free application forms are reduced, and the problem of tracing the data of clinical trials is solved. The system has the advantages of low cost, high performance-price ratio, convenient clinical use, and can effectively improve the efficiency of free examination in clinical trials of drugs. It optimizes the subjects' experience, is beneficial to the accounting of the expenses, and realizes the whole process dynamic supervision of the free examination of the drug clinical trial, which is worthy of further popularizing and applying in the future.
