【摘要】：本文利用incopat科技情報創(chuàng)新平臺,對ALK抑制劑克唑替尼的全球申請進(jìn)行了檢索篩選,通過數(shù)據(jù)處理及加工,對該藥物的專利申請趨勢、技術(shù)發(fā)展的生命周期、主要申請人、專利技術(shù)構(gòu)成以及法律狀態(tài)進(jìn)行了分析,并針對該藥原研公司布局的中國專利情況做了進(jìn)一步分析,有利于指導(dǎo)國內(nèi)制藥企業(yè)進(jìn)行項目立項、專利布局,并在此基礎(chǔ)上開展仿創(chuàng)性的新藥研發(fā)工作。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the global application of ALK inhibitor, czolinib, was searched and screened by using the incopat platform of science and technology information innovation. Through data processing and processing, the trend of patent application, the life cycle of technology development, the main applicant, The composition of patent technology and the legal status are analyzed, and a further analysis is made on the layout of the patent of the original pharmaceutical research company in China, which is helpful to guide domestic pharmaceutical enterprises in the establishment of projects and the distribution of patents. On this basis, the innovative new drug research and development work was carried out.
