【摘要】:采用噴霧干燥工藝制備枸櫞酸噴托維林微粉,設(shè)計(jì)正交實(shí)驗(yàn)分析各工藝參數(shù)對(duì)微粉粒度分布的影響,優(yōu)化工藝條件;利用X射線衍射與掃描電子顯微鏡表征微粉的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)和微觀形貌,分析化合物的結(jié)晶過程。結(jié)果表明:枸櫞酸噴托維林微粉最佳噴霧干燥工藝條件是料液中藥物的質(zhì)量濃度為0.03 g/m L,入口溫度為170℃,進(jìn)液速率為400 m L/h;噴霧干燥過程中,料液中懸濁顆粒物相結(jié)構(gòu)不發(fā)生改變,微觀形貌呈片狀;溶質(zhì)狀態(tài)藥物在固-液界面處晶態(tài)生長(zhǎng),或以非晶態(tài)析出,后者微觀形貌主要為球形顆粒。
[Abstract]:Spray drying technology was used to prepare Topeverine citrate powder. Orthogonal experiment was designed to analyze the effect of process parameters on particle size distribution and optimize the process conditions. The microstructure and morphology of the powder were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope.
