【摘要】：目的:探討運用法約爾跳板原則對提高臨床科室急救藥品安全管理的作用。方法:運用法約爾跳板原則實施有效溝通,建立住院藥房急救藥箱管理系統(tǒng),創(chuàng)新和改進急救藥品管理模式。結(jié)果:采用急救藥箱集中管理前后,急救藥品管理質(zhì)量和護士對工作滿意度的變化均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:運用法約爾跳板原則為一線工作人員提供了有效溝通的途徑,實現(xiàn)了以服務(wù)為中心的管理思路,使藥品管理更加科學化、規(guī)范化,使患者用藥安全得到有效保證。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the effect of using the principle of Fayol springboard to improve the safety management of first-aid drugs in clinical department. Methods: the effective communication was carried out by using the principle of Fayol springboard, and the management system of first-aid drug box in hospital pharmacy was established. Innovation and improvement of the first aid drug management mode. Results: before and after centralized management of the first aid kit, The quality of emergency medicine management and the changes of nurses' job satisfaction were statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: the application of the Fayol springboard principle provides an effective way of communication for the front-line staff, and realizes the service-centered management thinking. Make the drug management more scientific, standardized, so that the patient drug safety is effectively guaranteed.
